Statehood Honor Roll
The mammoth Statehood Honor Roll, which was cut into hundreds of pieces for distribution throughout the islands, is getting put back together for the flight to Washington. Shown are 15 volunteer women using scotch tape and scissors to fit the odd-sized bits of paper back into a single continuous roll. They are working in the Honolulu Armory under the direction of Nancy Corbett, former member of the Statehood Commission.
