In Memory of Hawai`i's Fallen Heroes
Governor Lingle attended a memorial service at Barbers Point and paid tribute to the service and sacrifice of four Coast Guardsmen whose lives were lost last week when a U.S. Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter crashed during a training flight off the coast of O`ahu.

The four-member helicopter air crew included Pilot Cmdr. Thomas Nelson, co-pilot Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Wischmeier, rescue swimmer Petty Officer 1st Class David Skimin, and flight mechanic Petty Officer 2nd Class Joshua Nichols, all of whom were members of the United States Coast Guard's District 14 in Honolulu.
